We are the ultimate dynamic duo. Together we created camiah, a company to help people and companies live inspired lives and do great work. Join in as we continually strive to express ourselves through a multitude of creative channels. Our journey will take us many places and we want you to go with us.
We are both married with kids. Stacey & Declan & Oscar. Carly & Graylee.
We spend all day together working on growing and creating our adventures. We love solving problems and finding The Best Way for everything.
She has been lovingly crafting emails for over 6 years. Her passion lies in creating scalable solutions. If it’s not logical, if it’s not clean, it’s a no-go. She spends her days expressing her creativity through generating ideas. Most of her online activity is through instagram, sharing one photo at a time. Her mind is always on foooooooood, every thing, every choice, is based on what she’s going to cook/eat next. Some day she’ll have a food truck.
He has an unmatched attention to detail. Consistency is paramount. You can rest assured that his work is going to be right. If it is not right, he’s going to fix it. Caring about every angle of everything he does, miah takes perfection to another level. He is a technoholic and a supreme researcher. Get him on the topic of graffiti, design, or new technology, and he’ll adopt you for the day.
Our mantra and viewpoint on everything we do. This is the combination of the right way, mixed with reality, understanding the constraints, some new insights, factoring in previous attempts, and an awareness of timelines. We use this method in every aspect of our lives.
We love email. Email is a one to one, personal communication with someone, sent directly to their inbox. It’s hard to get into an inbox, because it takes relationship building, personalized content, and a consistent relative interaction. We relish the challenge of making that interaction look good and feel good to the user. Email is not easy. Email is a craft, and we love every frustrating, gleeful moment of it.
This use case for Interactive Email has been a hit in the Email Community. Build your own pizza right in the email. Next steps: place your order directly from the email. YUM.
Sometimes it’s nice to engage with your followers outside of making a sale, especially around the holidays. This ¼ of JULY email went out, and got some giggles instead of pressuring them.
Interactive email doesn’t always require a click. This email animation got folks to Karaoke and have some fun.
This little puzzle engaged users in a game to solve the passcode for this email. There are many ways to spin this idea to encourage your fans to play and gain entry to a specific location on your website or unlock a special prize.
Bridging the gap between email and social can be a fun challenge. This bingo card came through in an email and players then followed Twitter to find the numbers being called. The tension was palpable as the numbers were being called and the winner was moving closer to a winning card.
This true gamification of email as a platform was really engaging to users. They loved the interaction, the surprise, the details, and the moment away from their day. This email really showed care for each subscriber.
We are continually driven to capture life’s moments. With an unstoppable passion for documenting life as a way of expressing ourselves, we spend hours and hours and gigabytes on perfecting our view of brightening the world through photography.
We really enjoy helping people/companies/entities build out their brand. Helping develop their identity gives us fulfillment. Capturing that in a drawing, color, conversation, design, or really wherever, helps us learn how to further help people accomplish their goals. We are having a blast building out this skillset.
