Pickled Red Onions

Ingredients:
– 1 red onion
– 1/2 cups vinegar (any kind)
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup warm water

Method:
1. Slice red onion into thin strips.
2. Gently cram red onion strips into jar.
3. In a measuring cup combine … vinegar, sugar, salt, and water. Stir.
4. Pour mixture into jar over onions.
5. Let sit for an hour at room tempurature.
6. Put on lid and refrigerate.
